A fisiolochía[1] (d'o griego antigo φύσις (phýsis) "naturaleza", y λογία (lochia) "estudeo") ye l'estudeo scientifico de funcions y mecanismos en un sistema vivo.[2] Como subdisciplina d'a biolochía, a fisiolochía se centra en cómo os organismos, os sistemas d'organos, os organos individuals, as celulas y as biomoleculas levan a cabo las funcions quimicas y fisicas en un sistema vivo. Seguntes as menas d'organismos, o campo se puede trestallar en: fisiolochía humana, fisiolochía medica, fisiolochía animal, fisiolochía vechetal, fisiolochía celular y fisiolochía comparada.[3] Pa lo funcionamiento fisiolochico son fundamentals os procesos biofisicos y bioquimicos, os mecanismos de control homeostatico y la comunicación entre las celulas.[4]
