First. I'm sorry if I write on the wrong place, and in english. Please move this to the correct place. The Swedish Wikipedia was warned some day ago for ip:68.3.67.81. That ip is banned on enwp because it creats a lot of stubbs (small articles) that are mixed between fake and correct. I checked the svwp and found out that it writes a lot of articles like "Matthew J. Munn ye un actor estatounitense." (linking to imdb. and most are comedians.) The articlesubjext exists, but he has no article on enwp. Other examples from svwp is that the ip in the created articles writes they are comedians and almost all seems to be men (even the women). The ip is now banned on svwp and I am checking its contributions. I saw this article linked to your wiki, therefor I wrote here so you may take the action you think is neccesary. Best regards.
